Experimenting with aperture adjustments in Edinburgh today

Hamish has got me away from using the Scenes on my Canon G10, and I spent some time walking Edinburgh this afternoon using the Av position on the dial.

Some rubbish here, but some maybe worth a look. Please feel free to offer constructive criticism:

Number 14 for me. What happened to that guitar in #3 Rob? Looks like Willie Nelson's been strumming it for a few years.

Nothing wrong with the guitar - that's a 'brownburst' varnish which is difficult to photograph well.

Thanks for the comments. I didn't spend much time at all setting up the shots, as you can tell. The purpose of the trip was to explore using different aperture settings, something I hadn't done before. Well, I definitely learned something, and will hopefully use it more wisely in the future. This site is helping me already. Many thanks.

Ah, reflections - I just don't have the equipment to get rid of them when photographing guitars.
