The problem: How to open a file from Photoshop bridge as a LAYER.

That is to say, I have two images saved; one is open in PS. The other I want to use as a layer on top of the first image. Recently, I've opened both and slid one onto the other onscreen. That works, obviously. It's also possible to effectively say in Bridge, "open AS layer......." But how?

From Bridge, select the files. Then Tools / Photoshop / Load Files into Photoshop layers.
