    I know its tough to give up the munchies & cream cakes, and yummy nosh.

    So, to reduce chances of cancer, strokes, heart attack, liver problems, kidney issues, gallstones, cholesterol,
    nervous system, immune system,

    please add to weekly foodie

    Brown Rice
    Rye Bread
    Oats
    Brazil Nuts
    Tomato Paste (No sugar version made by GIA)
    Dark Chocolate preferably 80%-90% cocoa
    Mixed Beans
    Quinoa


    And if under the weather Marmite is a super bug killer
    along with garlic paste.

    AFAIK MCresc is on anything and everything. Meandering endlessly until some how someone arrives at Mornington Crescent.
    For instance we could detour into a philiophical discussion on the merits of different ways of cooking fish :confused:
