As you know I've been making these for a while now and as I have a space through the art group I'm on the committee of to exhibit/sell over the coming couple of months locally I have decided to exhibit some wall art in the form of a metal sculpture.

    Phase one.
A small bunch of roses seen here ready to have a few more leaves welded, these are around 30 cm in height and each rose head approx 75mm across made from 18 gauge sheet steel on 6mm mild steel round bar, they will be mounted along with other sculpted metalwork in a frame resembling a window.

Here seen sat on the bench in the 'making shed'...

Now that looks like it's going to be impressive Kev. No thorns?! Go on, just a few razor sharp ones hidden away! ;)

Looks and sounds good, Kev. I'm sure they'll find a happy buyer.

  7. Looks good. I'm with Pete though - a few thorns!

I especially like the intertwined branches.

This is no light weight wall mirror..
