    Olympic Park Venues

I decided to take on the Olympic Park using the X-Pro1 and lenses - and capture images of the buildings - some of which are only in-situ for the games.

If my physics teacher had told me, that when I grew up I would be able to stop time, and share it with the world in an instant - I’d have thought he was crazy!

What a fantastic set Chris. Do you know, I think these are the only decent images of the venues I have seen so far. And they're not even decent. They are stunning. The crowd shots are great too.

I see you brought a surveillance gull over with you. Better to be safe I guess!!

Stunning. I agree with Pete, I wasn't happy with the architecture of the Olympic Park until I saw these shots. Wonderful!

Yeah, "stunning" was the word that sprung immediately to mind before I read the posts by Pete and Rob. Wonderful Chris!

    Thanks chaps.

We were really impressed by the whole experience, although the wait for f&c's was a little long at lunch

GB have done an amazing job all round.

Will post some people shots later.

Well I think they are awesome. I couldn't see them all from work (it seems to hide the larger files), but my favourite is the basketball arena

Thanks Lesley - the basketball arena kind of looks like a big square cloud from a distance, very cool effect.

Pete - you should never go anywhere without a gull!

    Excellent shots, Chris.

Some of them (eg Stadium from the river) are similar to ones of mine, I'll have to try some different PP treatments as mine currently just look like "snaps" next to yours.
