Dec 28th - San Diego - Largest Balloon Parade is the US

Just a heads-up for the SoCal contingent - The scenic, bayside streets of downtown San Diego will come alive with the 2011 Port of San Diego Big Bay Balloon Parade tomorrow - starting at 10am down on Harbor Drive.

This is said to be the largest balloon parade in the US - larger than the Macy's Thanksgiving parade.

Boy that rigging in that ship makes an interesting contrast to the balloon.
I shoot mostly landscapes in Glacier National Park and the Bob Marshall Wilderness of Montana.

Just heading back from this year's parade now. Got some good shots I think

Shot the 5D2 and 24mm and the 1N and 50mm with Ilford PanF, so should have captured something!
