Every time I visit London my first stop is always Lower Grosvenor Gardens. Only 50 yards from Victoria station, this little triangle of greenspace is the ideal spot to take a few minutes to let the old brain adjust to the idea of being in the big city.

What green space? I see a small tree in the distance, and some leaves from the tree to your left. We must imagine the green space behind you...an oasis, you say, but don't show it. However, more positively, it's good to awaken the imagination. I'm imagining the jungles of Borneo, with gorillas hanging from branches...:)

Not forgetting the iron age encampment, which has remained strangely unchanged since the days of the Roman empire. :)

    Or so he said...

It does have a sense of spying out at the bustling city though.
