    Very nice captures Glen - love the pose on the post - that first one is a classic!

    Are you cropping the frame at all for the final shot, or is this pretty-much full frame?

    Looks like the 400 5.6 is a winner - had one years ago but never used one on a decent camera

    Thanks guys.

    These were cropped roughly 50% due to the distance to the post.
    As for the lens, I love it!!! ... I'd read so much good stuff on this lens when I still used my Fuji Finepix S5600 that when I went the DSLR route Canon was my choice mainly for this lens:eek:.
