On a cold January morning i was wandering around a Moses Gate Country Park near Bolton a place i visited many times as a child when i lived in Manchester, the sun was out yet it was freezing cold and there was lots of mist floating around the lakes in the park it made for some unusual & exciting photography The main aim of the wander around this park was to grab some photos of the many swans & various other water born birds however i did grab a few images of people in the park as well. This one is a particular favouirte.
Nice timing and great treatment on the shot I like the side lighting on the mans head, and the way it highlights his breath - very cool. The shadows of the trees in the mist is well captured as well - did you have to bugger about much in Photoshop?
